Stretch and Relax the Back
This simple exercise consists of two parts:
In the first part, while the inspiration takes place through the nose, arms stretched skyward and lean back, while are gradually stretching her legs and vertebrae of the lumbar region, dorsal and cervical, until it is fully incorporated.
