The Traditional Chinese Medicine considers the sacrum as an extremely important. It is known as the Sacral Pump, as it helps to push the vital energy (Qi) from the bottom to the upper body. It is also the glue that binds the sexual organs, rectum and legs. The sciatic nerve pain, projected on the legs, originates from the sacrum; therefore, strengthening relieve this unpleasant nuisance. This simple exercise Qigong strengthen our sacred:
1.- Take power into the hands, rubbing them.
2.- With the knuckles of both hands alternately, Apply taps on both sides of the sacrum, over the area of the eight sides sacral foramen and for three minutes. Do this twice a day.
You will feel a pleasant sensation and energy flow to the head so as to legs more comfortably.
