System Ma Wang Dui Qigong has been developed by the Chinese Health Qigong Association. Comprises 12 training, each of which is specifically designed to stimulate energy flow in each of the 12 principal meridians: lung, intestine, stomach, spleen, heart, small intestine, bladder, kidney, master heart, three heater, gallbladder and liver.

The Ma Wang Dui Qigong is developed based on the archaeological discoveries made in the year 1973, a painting on canvas silk which represent 44 figures of men and women performing exercises channeling energy, what is now called Qigong.

All participants of this course, It will be presented a dossier of notes with DVD of exercises practiced.

These classes are led by Iván Trujillo, Qigong teacher Internal Alchemy.
